The following information was provided to us or obtained for this letter: • The existing Pipe Mount information was obtained from: - The Structural Analysis prepared by GPD Group, Inc., dated June 14, 2017. - The site photos provided by T-Mobile subcontractors. • The existing and proposed antenna loading information was obtained from the Anchor Upgrade Construction Drawings prepared by First Group Engineering, dated September 15, 2020. APPLICABLE STANDARDS & CODES 2018 International Building Code Based on a comparison, the proposed effective weight for the final loading is within tolerances of the allowable design loading. We conclude the final T-Mobile loading will not have an impact on the structural integrity of the building structure. If any questions arise from your review, please call us at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, FORESITE GROUP LLC Justin Diaz, P.E. WEIGHT COMPARISON The total weight of the equipment loading in approximately 2,590 lbs. The total distributed load from the platform to the rooftop supporting structure is 18.8 psf. Per current code, the allowable design live load for the roof is assumed to be 20 psf. We conclude that the existing building rooftop is adequate to support the existing and proposed T-Mobile equipment platform Loading. CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS Based on a comparison, the proposed effective weight for the final loading is within tolerances of the allowable design loading. We conclude the final T-Mobile loading will not have an impact on the structural integrity of the building structure.
