Upon final review, I verify that the proposed home meets architectural standards and requirements
established in Jacksons Grant. Therefore, on behalf of JG Development, LLC, I grant architectural
approval of the plans and specifications provided for the home addressed to 12024 Sigillary Way on lot
36 of The Hamlet at Jacksons Grant, Section 2.
