B, RISK CAT. 2 & SEISMIC CAT. A/B. THE DESIGN WAS COMPLETED PER 2018 IBC (SECTION 1609) & ASCE 7-16, AS PERMITTED BY R301.1.3 OF THE 2020 InRC, OR THE SIMPLIFIED PRESCRIPTIVE PROCEDURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2020 InRC IF THE PARAMETERS OFSECTION R602.12 COMPLY.
