THE DESIGN WAS COMPLETED PER 2018 IBC
(SECTION 1609) & ASCE 7-16, AS PERMITTED BY
R301.1.3 OF THE 2020 InRC, OR THE SIMPLIFIED
PRESCRIPTIVE PROCEDURE IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE 2020 InRC IF THE PARAMETERS OFSECTION R602.12 COMPLY. ACCORDINGLY, THISMODEL, AS DOCUMENTED AND DETAILED
HEREWITHIN, IS ADEQUATE TO RESIST THE CODE
REQUIRED LATERAL FORCES.
