HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic NoticeNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY OF CARMEL PLAN COMMISSION Docket No. PZ-2020-0175 PPA and PZ-2020-00176 V NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Carmel Plan Commission will conduct a meeting on the 15th day of December, 2020 at 6:00 o’clock p.m., at the Carmel City Hall, Council Chambers 2nd Floor, One Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, to hold a Public Hearing regarding an application identified by Docket Numbers PZ-2020-00175 PPA and PZ-2020-00176 V (collectively, the “Requests”). The applicants, Matthew Tanner and Christine Tanner (collectively, the “Applicant”), are owners of a parc el of real estate that is commonly known as 10630 Westfield Blvd., Indianapolis, IN 46280, which parcel is identified as Lot 1 in the Plat of Lincoln Highway Estates and is identified by the Hamilton County, Indiana Auditor’s Office as parcel number 17-13-01-04-07-007.000 (collectively, the “Real Estate”). Enclosed is an aerial site map showing the location of the Real Estate. The Real Estate is zoned R-1 Residential and the Applicant desires to subdivide the existing lot to create two (2) new lots – a lot for the existing home and a new lot for the construction of a new home. The Request seeks; (i) Primary Plat Amendment approval to subdivide the existing lot into two (2) lots; and, (ii) a variance from the Unified Development Ordinance, Section 2.08 to permit a 4’ minimum front yard setback where 35’ is the standard for a new lot.
