I, the undersigned Registered Land Surveyor hereby certify that the included plat correctly represents a subdivision of part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 18
North, Range 04, East, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 33 in Gramercy West, Section One, per plat thereof recorded as Instrument number 2018057148 in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana; thence along the lines of said subdivision the following 8 courses and distances: 1) North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 67.00

South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 15.00 feet from the radius point of said curve, said point also being on the West right-of-way line of Kinzer Avenue
in said subdivision; thence along said line South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 350.08 feet; to the Point of Beginning, Containing 5.326 acres, more or
less, subject to all legal highways, rights-of-ways, easements, and restrictions of record.
This subdivision consists of 46 lots numbered 194-239 (all inclusive), 5 Common Areas labeled C.A.#18 - C.A. #22 (all inclusive) and 2 Blocks labeled Block "H" & Block "I"
(all inclusive). The size of lots and width of streets are shown in feet and decimal parts thereof.
Cross-Reference is hereby made to a survey plat dated April 25, 2019 prepared by Stoeppelwerth & Associates, Inc. in accordance with Title 865, Article 1, Chapter 12 of the
Indiana Administrative Code recorded as Instrument Number 2019017865 in the Office of the Recorder for Hamilton County, Indiana.
I, further certify that I am a Registered Land Surveyor, licensed in compliance with the laws of the State of Indiana and that the within plat represents a subdivision of the lands
surveyed within the cross referenced survey plat, and that to the best of my knowledge and belief there has been no change from the matters of survey revealed by the
cross-reference survey on any lines that are common with the new subdivision.
