Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T December 15, 2020 William & Stephanie Wiott 656 2nd Ave NE Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ -2020-000197 V: Wiott Pool, Lot Cover Variance Dear Mr. & Mrs. Wiott: At the virtual meeting held on Monday, December 14, 2020 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 656 2nd Ave NE: APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2020-000197 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Maximum 45% lot cover allowed, 51% granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is December 14, 2023. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
