The condition to this approval is that the trees and landscaping (aka screening) that currently exists on the northern side remain indefinitely. Any changes, removals, etc. must be approved by the HOA and CSGC, with the maintenance and upkeep being the homeowner’s responsibility. Please let this email serve as approval. Good Morning Brent,
Thank you for the email. We understand that CSGC and the HOA wish to preserve the existing screening on the north
side of the property. Our intent is to keep the existing screening intact. The current plans and placement of home on the
lot will allow for the screening to remain. We have ordered a survey and house staking and expect this to be complete in
the next couple weeks. In the interim we are delayed in receiving our building permits, because Carmel will not review
until we receive official approval from the HOA. Before any excavation/foundation work begins, we will have the survey
and full staking done. Could the HOA give us approval but include language about the screening and agree to review this
before construction starts? This will allow us to get the building permit to Carmel for an approval process that is taking
an extended about of time during COVID-19.
