Dear Homeowner,
As you are aware, Omni Management Services is the property manager for the Bridlebourne Community.
One of the responsibilities of property management is to inform homeowners when their Architectural
Review Application has been approved or denied by the Board of Directors.
Based upon the information submitted, it is my pleasure to inform you that your patio/pool
submission has been APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS. The conditions are as follows:
1. Additional landscape screening behind the outdoor kitchen area must be submitted and approved
by the ARB PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK.
Please notify me when the project is complete so we can conduct our inspection for conformity to these
plans.
Please note the Architectural Review Board and the Bridlebourne Homeowner’s Association has no liability
or responsibility for any defects in the plans, specifications, or other materials submitted. Moreover, both
hold no responsibility for defects in any work done on an approved projects. It is the responsibility of the
homeowner and their contractor to obtain any required building permits and zoning approvals from any
local, state, or federal code authorities. Additions or modifications must be conform with local and
Association set-backs and other requirements. Any improvement located in any easement may be subject
to removal or alterations, which is not the liability or responsibility of the Bridlebourne Homeowner’s
Association.
