Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer meeting on the Jqg!gJ day of
month), JyggTJ at ttjfl2e p.m will hold a Virtual Public Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance application

_Sec 2.06 of UDO states a set back of 1 Oft but we would like to encroach on to the adjacent property, which we
own as well. After tearing down three existing homes, our new residence will sit primarily at 1730 E 106th Street but
we will encroach onto 1752 E 1061h Street.
