Danny Boy Draft Works South Bend
To whom it may concern;
My name is JP Wielgos, and I am the former property manager of Overlook at Notre Dame.
Overlook at Notre Dame (OND) is located in South Bend, Indiana and services 350+ apartments
for professional students, in addition to University faculty and staff. The Overlook at Notre Dame
maintains an excellent reputation and working relationship with the University.
OND has one commercial tenant, Danny Boy Draft Works Notre Dame, which is one of the best
amenities OND can offer to their residents. During my management of OND, Danny Boy was a
key part in scheduling resident events, study sessions, and off campus hangouts for the
residents who lived in the building.
As rare as it was, if there were any issues that arose (I.e. noise violations, etc), local
management and corporate were both very cooperative and responsive, handling everything in
a timely professional manner. As a landlord, Danny Boy has been an ideal tenant. The
Overlook and the community hold Danny Boy in high esteem.
