KSMCestimatesthemappingfeaturewillbecompletedconcurrentlywiththe existingprojectwork, nolongerthan2weeks. Estimated Fees ThetotalfeesforKSMCserviceswithinthisengagementtobe $12,838plusreasonablyincurredout-of- pocketexpenses, includingtravel. Thisisatimeandmaterialsengagementnottoexceed $12,838. TheCityofCarmelwillbeinvoicedmonthlyfor thepriormonths'hoursusingthehourlyratesoutlinedbelow. AMENDEDESTIMATEDFEES: Inadditiontotheoriginalfeeslistedabove, thetotalfeesforKSMCservicesto implementmappingwillbe $4,000plusreasonablyincurredout-of-pocketexpenses, includingtravel. Thisistime andmaterialsengagementnottoexceed $4,000. TheCityofCarmelwillbeinvoicedmonthlyfortheprior months’hoursusingthehourlyratesoutlinedbelowandfromtheoriginalcontract. Feesforservicesoutsidethescopeofthisproposal, ifany, willbebilledbasedonthetimeincurredathourly ratesoutlinedbelow. Thisalsoassumesthenatureoftheoperationsdoesnotdiffermateriallyfromtheinformation reviewedinconnectionwiththepreparationofthisproposal.
