Since the construction of the public infrastructure and most of the public utilities have already been built and installed, this submittal does not require a detailed review of construction plans. There have been no changes of building setback (or build‐to) that was originally proposed and approved as part of the original plat/re‐plat. HWC, on behalf of Onyx + East, is only seeking Re‐Plat approval of re‐subdividing Block 2 & 3 into 9 Lots at this point and is shooting for a February 10th submission to be heard at February 17th Carmel Board of Public Works meeting. If you recall, we submitted a similar project in July/August of last year. This has been submitted through Carmel’s ProjectDox and the documents can be found on ProjectDox for the Re‐plat of Block 2 & 3, as well as an as‐built Aerial photo. The utility information shown on the Aerial is the as‐built location. The only minor utility construction is the completion of the final connections to the townhomes. Some of the members typically request a Paper Copy for the formal TAC review, but since this is only a Plat review, it’s likely there will be no comments. I’m going to assume that a paper copy is not required, however please reach out to me if you still need a paper copy mailed to you. Below is the docket information from ProjectDox.
