The new addition will be located on the west side of the existing building and will be constructed of similar height and building materials. In addition to the building expansion, the project will also include new asphalt parking areas and a stormwater detention pond and stormwater quality unit and landscaping as required by the City of Carmel Ordinances. The traditional shape helps maintain building aesthetics when replacing only a portion of your building’s wall packs. CONSTRUCTION: Rugged cast-aluminum housing with bronze polyester powder paint for lasting durability. Door is hinged on the side so door swings out of the way during installation and service.
