MINIMUM FLOOD PROTECTION GRADE (MFPG): Minimum Flood Protection Grade of all structures fronting a pond or open ditch shall be no less than 2 feet above any adjacent 100-year local or regional flood elevations, whichever is greater, for all windows, doors, pipe entrances, window wells, and any other structure member where floodwaters can enter a building. LOWEST ADJACENT GRADE (LAG): Lowest Adjacent Grade is the elevation of the lowest grade adjacent to a structure, where the soil meets the foundation around the outside of the structure (including structural members such as basement walkout, patios, decks, porches, support posts or piers, and rim of the window well. FLOOD ROUTING PATH STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM NOTE: The proposed stormwater management system associated with this project shall be privately owned. CONSTRUCTION LIMITS / PROJECT DISTURBANCE LIMITS STORMWATER MANAGEMENT NARRATIVE: The proposed development is within a master planned stormwater management system. Stormwater detention and stormwater quality are provided through offsite measures as approved through The Legacy Stormwater Management analysis prepared by Williams Creek Consulting. The downstream storm pipe system was designed to accept runoff from this project site in developed conditions as part of the Towns and Flats development to the south which also included the drainage system for Hopewell Parkway. Runoff from the proposed development will be collected and conveyed to the storm pipe system along the north side of Hopewell Parkway through a series of new, onsite inlets and storm pipes. The Hopewell Parkway stormwater system will convey the runoff to the master planned stormwater quality and detention systems as noted above.
