Minimum Flood Protection Grade of all structures fronting a pond or open ditch shall be no less than 2
feet above any adjacent 100-year local or regional flood elevations, whichever is greater, for all
windows, doors, pipe entrances, window wells, and any other structure member where floodwaters can
enter a building.
LOWEST ADJACENT GRADE (LAG):

DRAINAGE SUMMARY TABLES
The proposed onsite drainage system maintains to the greatest extend possible the existing drainage patterns for each location which directs runoff offsite. The proposed development site is within the
previously approved Bennett Tech Road (now labeled as Redd Road) master drainage system. The master drainage system includes offsite stormwater quality and stormwater detention facilities.
Onsite stormwater inlet and piping is proposed to connect to the downstream master planned system and meets the parameters set forth in the master planned system.
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM NOTE:
The proposed stormwater management system associated with this project shall be privately owned.
