Domain Zionsville, LLC (the "Grantor") QUITCLAIMS to Bennett Family Farms, Inc. (the
"Grantee"), all of its right, title, and interest in and to that certain real estate located in Boone County, Indiana,
and more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
IN W ITNESS W HEREOF, Grantor has executed this Quitclaim Deed as of the 30th dayof December,

Description of the Real Estate
Block "A", in Bennett Technology Park Lot 3, an Addition to the Town of Zionsville, Boone County, Indiana,
as per plat thereof, recorded October 13, 2011 in Plat Book 21, page 11 as Instrument No. 201100008813,
in the Office of the Recorder of Boone County, Indiana. Said Block "A" also being described as follows:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the Second Principal
Meridian, in Eagle Township, Boone County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing
at the Southwest corner of Section 6, Township 17 North, Range 2 East, said corner being North 00 degrees
30 minutes 47 seconds West, 22.57 feet from the Southeast corner of Section 1, Township 17 North, Range
2 East; thence North 00 degrees 30 minutes 47 seconds West along the West line of said Section 6 and the
East line of said Section 1, a distance of 2495.10 feet to the Eastern boundary of a Platted road as shown on
the Plat of said Bennett Technology Park Lot 3, as recorded in Plat Book 21, page 11 in the Office of the
Recorder of the aforesaid County and the point of beginning of this description; thence the following Two (2)
courses are along said Eastern boundary: One (1), thence North 26 degrees 15 minutes 15 seconds West,

15 seconds Westfrom the radius point, also being the Southern boundary of Bennett Park Way perdedication
described in Instrument No. 9605157 in said Recorder's Office; thence North 73 degrees 44 minutes 45
seconds East, 26.17 feet, along said Southern boundary to the East line of said Section 6; thence South 00
degrees 30 minutes 47 seconds East, 126.89 feet along said East line to the point of beginning, containing
0.074 acres, more or less.
