REVOCABLE TRUST U/A DATED DECEMBER 13, 1988, CHARLES H.
BENNETT, TRUSTEE, ("Grantor"), for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to BENNETT FAMILY FARM,
INC., an Indiana corporation ("Grantee"), the following described
real estate in Hamilton County, State of Indiana, to -wit:
Parcel 1.
The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty-one (31),
Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Three (3) East of the Second
Principal Meridian, containing eighty (80) acres, more or less, in
Clay Township, Hamilton County.

The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty—
one (31), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Three (3) East.
Parcel 3.
Part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section
6, township 17 north, range 3 east, as follows: Beginning four (4)
poles north of the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of
section six (6), township seventeen (17) north, range three (3)
east, thence running south forty-seven (47) poles and fourteen (14)
links; thence east twenty-six (26) poles; thence north twelve (12)
degrees west, forty-seven (47) poles and twenty-one (21) links;
thence west fourteen (14) poles and twenty-one (21) links to the
place of beginning, containing five (5) acres and one hundred and
thirty-two (132) poles, more or less, except one acre (1) off the
south end thereof deeded to Sylvanus Beelar;
Also that part of the south half of the northwest quarter of said
section six (6), township seventeen (17) north, range three (3)
east, lying west of the center of the Michigan Road, except two
one -hundredths (.02) of an acre in the northwest corner lying
between the center line of the Michigan Road and the county line
between Boone and Hamilton counties, and being east of the said
county line and west of the said center line of the Michigan Road
and being nearly all within the limits of the said Michigan Road,
which said two one -hundredths (.02) acre was heretofore deed by
William A. Wood and Aura M. Wood, husband and wife, to Hazel
Umbersall;
Being in all hereby conveyed seven (7) acres, more or less.
This conveyance is made subject to a restriction .on any
subsequent conveyances without the written consent of i) Merchants
National Bank & Trust Company of Indianapolis, as Trustee of the
Indenture of Trust executed by Frances Helm Bennett, as Settlor,
dated September 22, 1975; and ii) Merchants National Bank and Trust
Company of Indianapolis, as Executor of the Estate of Frances Helm
Bennett, as reflected under the terms of an Agreement to which
Merchants National Bank and Trust Company, Henry W. Bennett,
Charles H. Bennett and Edward J. Bennett are parties, executed in
December, 1988.
This conveyance is made subject to all taxes due and payable
after the date of execution of this Deed and subject to existing
highways, easements, rights of way and restrictions of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this Trustee's
Deed this 21 day of �/„� , 1988.
