being located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 6 Township 17
North, Range 3 East, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 6 Township 17 North, Range 3 East, Clay Township, Hamilton
County, Indiana; thence North 04 degrees 12 minutes 49 seconds East
(assumed bearing) 2015.29 feet on the West line of said Southwest
Quarter to the intersection with an existing fence, said intersec-
tion being North 04 degrees 12 minutes 49 seconds East 6.73 feet
from the Northeast corner of the real estate described in Deed Book
232, page 198 in the Office of the Recorder, Boone County, Indiana,
said intersection being the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
thence North 89 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds East 419.19 feet on
said existing fence and the easterly extension thereof to the center
line of Michigan Road (U.S. 421) and there terminating.
