RE: Woodside at West Clay Lot Developer and ACC Approval of Plans to be Built
Dear Lauren,
Thank you for your email dated August 27th in which you provided for our review the plans you
intend to build on the remaining lots at Woodside at West Clay. They are listed here:
The Intrepid – plan 5843
The Cadberry – plan 5820
The Pendula – plan 5890
The Paddock – plan 5884
The Bogovich – plan 5799
Upon my previous reviews of these plans on the lots already built or currently under construction
we believe the homes are well designed and we are pleased with the aesthetic it maintains for the
neighborhood. In addition, we want to verify your compliance with the architectural standards
within the PUD. The City will do their own review for compliance when a building permit is
sought but we want to make certain that there are no issues that will be raised after construction
of the home is complete. That being said, we hereby grant you an approval of the plans listed
conditioned upon full compliance with the architectural and landscape standards of the Woodside
at West Clay PUD. Please let me know if you need anything else from us and we look forward
to working with you on the creation of a successful community.
