Deeded angles anddistances were the utilized in the definition of the Parcels defined as the Subject Real Estate, and the right-of-way taking along 146th Street was accountedfor. When this method of establishment was utilized, several found monuments fell within 0.5 feet of their calculated and accepted positions. These cornershave been detailed within the Uncertainties portion of this survey. For the purposes of this survey, the Eastern line of Westchase Subdivision has been held as the Western line ofthe "SRE".-Ambiguity U2 - The Northeast corner of Parcel 3 after the right-of-way taking has been accounted for falls 2.45feet East of the West line of Parcel 4 due to dimensions provided on the deeds which do not work with one another.Once parcel was described from the West-East and the other was described from the East-West.-Ambiguity U3 - The Southeast corner of Parcel 3 falls 2.55 feet East of the West line of Parcel 4 due to dimensionsprovided on the deeds which do not work with one another. Once parcel was described from the West-East and theother was described from the East-West.-Ambiguity U4 - The Southwest corner of Parcel 3 falls 0.64 feet West of the East line of Westchase Subdivisiondue to the location of the existing centerline monuments compared to the location of the aforementioned Eastern linewhen utilizing the distances provided from the calculated Section Corner. For the purposes of this survey, the Easternline of Westchase Subdivision has been held as the Western line of the "SRE".-Ambiguity U5 - The Northeast corner of Parcel 4 after the right-of-way taking has been accounted for falls 0.17feet West of the West line of Ballantrae Subdivision due to the location of the existing centerline monuments. For thepurposes of this survey, the Eastern line of the deed describing Parcel 4 was held as the Eastern line of the "SRE".-Ambiguity U6 - The Southeast corner of Parcel 4 falls 0.23 feet West of and 0.19 feet South of the Southwestcorner of Ballantrae Subdivision due to the location of the existing centerline monuments. The Southeast corner ofParcel 4 also falls 0.4 feet West of and 0.24 feet North of the bend point found on Lot 153 in Ponds West, Section 6 dueto the location of curbing found within said Ponds West, Section 6, coupled with found concrete monumentation andthe location of the West line of the Northwest Quarter. For the purposes of this survey, the Eastern and Southern line ofthe deed describing Parcel 4 was held as the Eastern and Southern line of the "SRE".-Ambiguity U7 - The Northwest corner of Ponds West, Section 6, is defined as a concrete monument which washeld for this survey. Basedon the dimensions provided for Parcel 1, it is also believed that the intent for this parcel was to fall in line with whereParcel 2 exists. Instead, the Southwest corner of Parcel 1 falls 13.09 feet North of and 7.57 feet West of theaforementioned Southeast corner of Parcel 2.
