THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That R.D. McDavitt, a/k/a Robert D. McDavitt and Beverly
B. McDavitt, husband and wife ("Grantors") of Hamilton County in the State of Indiana convey and
warrant the following real estate to the Beverly B. McDavitt and Robert D. McDavitt,
Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the Beverly B. McDavitt Living Trust, dated
December 10, 2010, and any amendments thereto ("Grantee"), for no consideration, the
following described real estate in Hamilton County, Indiana:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, in Hamilton
County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning on the East line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 18 North,
Range 3 East 1614.76 feet North 00 degrees 07 minutes 39 seconds East (assumed bearing)
of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North 00 degrees 07 minutes 39 seconds East on and
along said East line 530.24 feet; thence South 89 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds West
parallel with the South line of said Northwest Quarter 470.25 feet; thence South 00 degrees
07 minutes 39 seconds West parallel with the East line of said quarter section 530.24 feet;
thence North 89 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East parallel with the South line aforesaid
470.25 feet to the Beginning Point; containing 5.72 acres, more or less.
Subject to all taxes due and payable in November 2011 and all taxes due and payable in the
future.
Subject to all agreements, covenants, easements, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record.

Trustees of the Grantees and their successors are granted powers to sell and convey said real
estate, in whole or in part, by deed or by contract, for cash or exchange or purchase money
mortgage or combination thereof and parties dealing with the Trustees shall rely upon said
powers of conveyance and shall have no duty to inquire regarding application of proceeds.
This conveyance constitutes transfer of real estate to a revocable grantor trust. No
additional consideration given.
