WHEREAS, the sum of Forty Four Thousand Dollars ($44,000.00) is needed by the Law Department to cover unanticipated legal fees; and WHEREAS, the General Fund, Fund #101 has excess funds in the amount of Forty Four Thousand Dollars ($44,000.00) in the operating balance to appropriate into Law Department budget line item 43-400.00.
