Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T February 23, 2021 Michael Krosschell Weihe Engineers, Inc. 10505 N College Ave Indianapolis, IN 46280 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ -2020-00228 V: Meadowlark Park Variance Dear Mr. Krosschell: At the virtual meeting held on Monday, February 22, 2021 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 450 Meadow Lane: APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2020-00228 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks within the Special Flood Hazard Area shall be constructed with permeable material, Non-permeable pavement systems in SFHA granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is February 22, 2024. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
