Dear Mr. Staley:
At the virtual meeting held on Monday, February 22, 2021 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property
located at 13345 Illinois Street:
APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2021-00016 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: 2 signs
permitted, 3 granted.
Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is February 22,
2024.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
