Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T February 23, 2021 Joe Woolwine Indy Landscape Concepts 545 Christy Drive Greenwood, IN 46143 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ -2020-000224 V: Medina Pool Setback Variance Dear Mr. Woolwine: At the virtual meeting held on Monday, February 22, 2021 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 14385 Arnett Drive: APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2020-000224 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Swimming pools and their decking and equipment need to be located at least 3 -ft from an easement, 3-ft encroachment into Tree Preservation Easement granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is February 22, 2024. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
