RE: Docket No. 20020004 DP/ADLS: Warehouse Bldg. Addition – 4511 W. 99th St.
Dear Mr. Katz,
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its virtual meeting on February 16, 2021 regarding site plan
and design approval for a 13,000 sq. ft. building addition to the existing warehouse facility (About 16,000 sq. ft.). The
overall site is 2.47 acres in size. It is located at 4511 W. 99th Street and is zoned I-1. It is not within any overlay zone.
APPROVED Subject to the following items: 20020004 DP/ADLS: Warehouse Bldg. Addition – 4511 W. 99 th St.
1. Apply for waiver or variance for no curbs in the parking lot
2. Engineering Dept. approval
3. Provide lighting details and photometric plan
4. Provide sign permit for existing building or obtain a permit for the sign
5. Address any remaining Project Dox comments from TAC members
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
