The undersigned, EFN Crossroads Property, LLC ("EFN"), is the Applicant as it relates to a parcel of
real estate that is identified per the records of the Hamilton County, Indiana Auditor's Office as Tax Parcel
Identification Number 16-14-08-00-00-018.101 (the "Real Estate"), in the filing of applications pertaining to
the Real Estate with the City of Carmel Plan Commission for Development Plan and Architectural Design,
Lighting, Landscaping and Signage approval (collectively, the "Application"). In addition, if EFN determines
that any other approvals may be required or deemed necessary (collectively the "Other Approvals"), the
foregoing Consent and Joinder in Application shall apply to any Other Approvals sought by EFN pertaining to

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Napleton Development Plan and ADLS Request
EFN Crossroads Property, LLC is the Applicant (“Napleton”) and is the contract purchaser of a
parcel of real estate owned by 4148 96th Street LLC, which parcel is approximately 9 acres, located
generally northwest of the intersection of Randall Drive and 96th Street and depicted on the enclosed site
aerial exhibit (the “Real Estate”). The Real Estate is zoned B-3 Business pursuant to the City of Carmel’s
Unified Development Ordinance.
Napleton desires to develop the Real Estate to serve as an auxiliary lot and detail and service
center to support its two dealerships in the area and is filing applications for Development Plan approval
(“DP”) and Architecture Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage approval (“ADLS”). Included with
the DP and ADLS applications are the site plan, building elevations, landscape plans and signage plans
for the proposed auxiliary lot and detail and service center.
