Brian is correct that we did have an incident. He is incorrect as to the nature of the event.
Facts:
• The event in question occurred in July of 2019.
• The event in question was a matter related to my husband's place of work and a
disturbed former employee who had lost his wife and was making threats to our person.
• Because this IS our residence my husband's employer hired security to be stationed
outside our home until a restraining order was gained.
• This incident involved US. Not a guest.
Further Comments:
If Brian believes our home to be threat of any sort, then why did his family book it for his
Son's graduation ceremony in May 2020? (see attached). Eventually, they had to cancel due
to Covid, but we opened our home to them.
I am assuming that Brian did not bring up the aforementioned incident (2019), because his
family was planning to utilize the house in 2020. It is odd, he is now bringing this up in 2021.
My car is parked in the garage and therefore if Brian cannot see it. Because he cannot see it,
does not mean we are not there.
Most of my neighbor's windows are shaded 24/7 and therefore his observations must be
limited at best.
In 2020, no one saw anyone. His presumption that we were not there, because he did not see
us is inaccurate.
I also find his judgements on my whereabouts disturbing.

Thanks so much for reaching out. Of course we will help you out with a discounted rate.
How about a 50% discount? Would that work?
VRBO also takes some extra out for a security deposit, but you get that back.
Let me know if this discount is okay with you? Is Maureen you sister? Or is it a different
neighbor?

In any event, we could extend a 50% discount. Does that help?
VRBO does take a fee and there is a security deposit, but you will get that back.

That is great! Thank you Holly!! My sister is MariaElena and her husband is Brian. Their son
is Joshua. They are at 60 Wilson Drive. They have a little dog named Cannoli but it's Nolie
for short. Full disclosure, it is myself, my sister Cynthia and we do have 4 children together
but. One of them is Joshua age and may just be bunking in his room, not sure, I appreciate
the consideration Hollie. My sister MariaElena has been sending me your updates weekly.
We are taking a red eye and arriving pretty early in the morning. How do I proceed with

The pre -approval you sent Daphne expired
When you send a pre -approval, it expires after 72 hours if no action is taken. You
can resend Daphne's pre -approval.

cancel this reservation but am asking for a full refund. I called VRBO for a different
reservation and found out by chance, this reservation fell out of full refund status. I need
