Agenda:
1. Docket No. PZ-2020-00074 DP/ADLS: Magnolia.
The applicant seeks site plan approval for the overall Magnolia development which includes a
future apartment building and 6 new condo buildings. Design approval is sought now for the
condo buildings. (Design approval for the apartments will be submitted under a separate docket
number at a later date.) The site is 3 acres in size and located at approximately 731 South
Rangeline Road and 726 Pawnee Road. It is zoned C-2/Mixed Use District and is not located
