1. All pricing is based on CMH Builders completing entire scope of work using CMH Builders Supplier Materials. Unit pricing
may change if portions of project removed from CMH Builders scope.
2. CMH Builders offers a 2 year workmanship warranty on all basements, including a 1 time drywall touch up from settling
within the first year.
3. Due to potential changes of material costs from suppliers CMH Builders estimates are valid for 30 days.
4. All work completed by CMH Builders will be up to local building codes. This estimate does not include repairs or code
updates required by municipal inspector in other areas of home. Any upgrades required by inspector, outside of CMH Builders
scope of work, will require additional compensation.
5. Not all items displayed in CMH Builders proved design is included in estimate above.
