JB picked this plan review up by accident and didn’t realize he had it in his que.
It was reassigned to me so in an effort to push this along with out further delay, it is being released with
the condition that the electrical will need to be done to code and that smoke/CO detectors will also
need to meet the state mandated IN2020 thru-out the home.
