THIS INDENTURE W/TNESSETH, That Janet K. Light (Grantor) of Hamilton County, in the State of
Indiana, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Robert A. Gallagher and Johanna M. Gallagher, husband
and wife (Grantee) of Hamilton County, in the State of Indiana, for the sum of Ten & 00/100',Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the following
described real estate in Hamilton County, in the State of Indiana:

Grantor further states that she acquired title to the subject property with her late husband Gary L. Light as
tenants by the entireties; that they held title as such until his death on October 20, 2013 at which time
Grantor became the sole owner as the surviving tenant by the entireties.
Grantor further states that she is conveying these two parcels contemperaneously with a Trustees deed in
order to convey the entire fee of the three parcels.
Subject to real estate taxes due and payable subsequent to closing and all taxes payable thereafter.
Subject to any and all easements, agreements and restrictions of record.
