of a part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 17 North, Range 3 East, of the Second
Principal Meridian, in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North Quarter corner of Section 9 (being marked by a Harrison Monument); thence North 89
degrees 26 minutes 27 seconds East along the North line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 9, 8.00 feet;
