Wilson, President THIS APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE PRIMARY PLAT APPLICATION. - VARIANCE REQUEST MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE PRIMARY PLAT. 11/15/87 EXHIBIT A CUL-DE-SAC LENGTH OVER 6009 We are requesting a variance to allow Hyde Park to be 901.17 feet in length. This cul- de-sac length was necessary to access the area on the east side of the proposed lake. The lake was designed in the natural low area of the site. The width of the street is proposed to be 30 feet instead of 26 feet as allowed by ordinance for cul-de-sac streets. Also, the turn -around area has been designed as -a "cul- de-loop" with a 30 foot wide circle drive with an outside curb radius of 65 feet instead of the standard cul-de-sac with a radius of 38 feet. . j form\13540XA 1/15/91
