CARPET MANUFACTURER IS TO PAY $1.00 PER SQUARE YARD FOR CARPET RECYCLING BY REDUCING PRICE OF CARPET MATERIAL BY $1.00. FLOORING CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEDUCTING MATERIAL PRICE AND PAYING $1.00 PER SQUARE YARD TO KRUSE.
