Beginning at the North Quarter corner of Section 9 (being marked by

East along the North line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
9 a distance of 8.00 feet; thence South 21 degrees 46 minutes 29
seconds West 21.62 feet to a point on the East line of the

GENERAL NOTES
1. All storm pipe between structures crossing under paved areas
shall be reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) conforming to ASTM
C76-70, Class III latest revision. All other storm pipe shall
either be RCP conforming to the same specifications or high
density polyethylene resin pipe (PRP) conforming to ASTM
D1248, Type III, Category 4 or 5, Grade P33 or P54, Class C as
an alternate.
2. All onsite gravity sanitary sewer to be 811 PVC.
3. All lots will have access to subsurface storm drain system or
a pond.
4. Lots with double frontage shall have their access points from
only one street frontage. No lots may have direct access to
106th Street.
5. Water main sizes and locations to be determined by the
Indianapolis Water Company.
EROSION CONTROL STATEMENT
The construction plans for this project will incorporate an
erosion control plan using the "Urban Development Planning Guide"
prepared by the Hoosier Heartland R C & D.
Temporary erosion control practices include:
a. 10 foot seeding strip behind curbs.
b. slit pit in swales.
C. slit sump/straw bales around inlets.
d. temporary seeding in future development areas.
The construction plans will reference to the "Urban Development
Planning Guide" for such items as seeding mixture, slit pit sizes
and locations, sump construction, erosion control maintenance
during and after construction and other concerns.
