Concrete contractor responsible to boreany pipe that was not sleeved at their own expense. Preliminary sleevelocations shown on plan for anticipated path of mainline, coordinate withIrrigation Contractor shop drawings prior to installing sleeves. Refer to sleevedetail 02 sheet L300. Concrete contractor to provide irrigation contractorwith as-built plan showing all installed sleeve locations.2.Comply with all state and local irrigation codes and regulations.3.Secure and pay for all permits, fees and inspections necessary for executionof this work.4.Obtain owner representative's approval of pipe trench and line layout priorto installation.5.Irrigate all areas indicated on plan.6.Irrigation contractor to size point of connection, pipe size and all equipmentas part of shop drawing submittal.7.Contractor to field test water pressure and notify owner of results prior tostarting work. Irrigation contractor responsible for providing booster pumpand enclosure if required.8.Separate Irrigation systems will be installed on each side of Veteran's Way.Each system will have independent meters, backflow preventers, andcontrols.9.Irrigation contractor to confirm all quantities. Supply sufficient quantities toprovide complete and functional irrigation.10.Submit shop drawings for a complete and functional irrigation system.System to provide 100% head to head coverage, within an area shown onirrigation plan. Per plumbing plans & water source, Irrigation zones shall notexceed 35 gallons per minute.11.Irrigation contractor is to verify the exact location of all existing andproposed utilities and take necessary precautions and care to protect utilitieswhile installing irrigation system. Contractor to coordinate all constructionwith the appropriate utility company and shall be responsible for anydamages to utility lines.12.Locate all valves and quick couplers on the inside edge of all shrub bedswhere practical. Install valve boxes for both quick couplers and valves.
