miscommunication. There’s no
existing hydrant in this location.
The water main shown is a future
water main which will be
designed and constructed in
Phase 2 of the development. The
location marked is actually the
backside of the existing strip
center in the SE corner of 126th
and Rangeline. The nearest
existing hydrant is HYD48899
per GIS and it’s located on the
south side of 126th Street
approximately 52’ west of the NE
corner of building #1. Said
existing hydrant will remain in
place upon completion of Phase
1.
