Description '16 x '18 Four-Seasons Room Addition. These are the same plans
proposed and approved in Aug. 2019 (attached). We had to get a
variance from city of Carmel due to 40' setback from Gray Rd. This was
granted in 9/2019, also attached. Plans were delayed due to end of year
and then Covid in 2020. We now wish to begin construction in early
Spring, subject to availability of subcontractor.

We are pleased to advise that this request is approved.
We also apologize for the delay - thank you for your
patience.
Please contact the neighbors nearest you who are most affected by the
proposed alteration or whose property is adjacent to yours and notify them
of your proposed improvements. This is not to get their approval but
merely to be neighborly by communicating your intentions.
1. This project is not intended to violate any of the restrictive covenants nor
any of the provisions of building and zoning codes to which the above
property is subject. Further, nothing contained herein shall be constructed
as a waiver or modification of any said restriction.
2. I am responsible for ensuring that all local permits and filing of plans with
the building inspector, at the appropriate office, will be accomplished
before construction begins.
3. I understand and agree that no work on the project that is the subject of
this request shall commence until written approval of the HOA has been
received.
4. I understand that work done without approval that goes beyond the scope
and description of the application will be in violation and must be removed
at the owners¶expense and the property must be returned to the condition
it held prior to the commencement of the work in question.
5. I understand that all work must be completed within 6 months of the
approval date or a new Architectural Improvement Form must be
submitted for approval to the HOA.

the Sycamore Farm HOA with reasons why the applicant feels that the
application has merit, or with modifications of the original application
which he or she feels will resolve the issues which resulted in the
