WITH RAKKS EH-1818-FM BRACKET ATTACHED TO METAL STUDS WITH
WOOD BLOCKING AND DRYWALL INSTALLED OVER VERTICAL
SUPPORT. CASEWORK CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL BRACKETS AS
NEEDED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF DRYWALL. COORDINATE
APPROVAL OF SHOP DRAWINGS WITH DRYWALL INSTALLATION AS
NEEDED.
NEW FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND SEMI-RECESSED CABINET TO BE
PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY CONTRACTOR. UTILIZE SALVAGED
RECESSED CABINET AND FIRE EXTINGUISHER WHERE POSSIBLE. ALL
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS ARE TO BE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO NFPA 10.
EXISTING FIRE EXTINGUISHER TO REMAIN IF IN PROPER WORKING
ORDER. CONTRACTOR TO CONFIRM THAT EXISTING FIRE
EXTINGUISHER IS INSTALLED ACCORDING TO NFPA 10.
PROVIDE ADDITIONAL BLOCKING IN WALL AS REQUIRED FOR

CONDITIONS.
PROVIDE 54" DEEP SOLID SURFACE COUNTERTOP (SS1) AT 42" A.F.F.
WITH MITREFOLDED WATERFALL EDGE ON EAST AND WEST SIDES OF
COUNTERTOP. ISLAND TO BE CENTERED ON WALL BELOW, PROVIDE
CONCEALED/IN-WALL SUPPORTS AS REQUIRED. DESIGN INTENT IS
FOR SUPPORTS TO BE FULLY CONCEALED; GENERAL CONTRACTOR
TO ENSURE DESIGN INTENT IS MET. REFER TO ELEVATION FOR
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
DESIGN INTENT IS TO INSTALL SALVAGED WOOD CABINETS FROM
DEMOLITION WITH NEW COUNTERTOPS AT THIS LOCATION.

PROVIDE (4) 18" DEEP WHITE MELAMINE ADJUSTABLE SHELVES ON
HEAVY DUTY KV BRACKETS AND STANDARDS.
CONFIRM THAT EXISTING DEMISING WALL MATCHES WALL TYPE
"W4". IF NOT, ALTER EXISTING WALLS AS REQUIRED TO MATCH "W4".
COORDINATE WITH TENANT ON EXACT LAYOUT OF WOOD
CABINETRY RELOCATED FROM DEMOLITION. PURCHASE
ADDITIONAL CABINETRY AS NEEDED TO COMPLETE LAYOUT.
ENSURE THAT TOP OF COUNTERTOP IS AT 34" AFF TO MEET ADA
REQUIREMENTS. PREP CABINETS TO RECEIVE PAINT (PT5). ENSURE
THAT PAINT FINISH IS SMOOTH AND "LIKE NEW CONDITION".
