McGuckin, The Carmel Plan Commission Hearing Officer took the following action at its virtual meeting on April 15 , 2021 regarding site plan approval for the overall Magnolia development which includes a future apartment building and 6 new condo buildings. Design approval is sought now for the condo buildings. (Design approval for the apartments will be submitted under a separate docket number at a later date.) The site is 3 acres in size and located at approximately 731 South Rangelin e Road and 726 Pawnee Road. It is zoned C-2/Mixed Use District and is not located within any overlay zone.
