Dear Mr. Cremer,
The Carmel Plan Commission Hearing Officer took the following action at its virtual meeting on April 22 , 2021 regarding
site plan and design approval for a new five-story mixed use building, a four-story parking garage (389 spaces), one pool auxiliary building, and necessary associated infrastructure on 3.98 acres. The site is located at the NE corner of Old
Meridian Street and Main Street. It is zoned C-2/Mixed Use and is not located within any overlay zone.
APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2020-00078 DP/ADLS: The Signature
• Final approval letters needed from: Engineering De pt., Utility Dept., Alternative Transportation Coordinato r
• Petitioner works with DOCS Staff to complete review process in Project Dox.
