The site is located at the NE corner of Old Meridian Street and Main Street. It is zoned C-2/Mixed Use and is not located within any overlay zone. APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2020-00078 DP/ADLS: The Signature • Final approval letters needed from: Engineering De pt., Utility Dept., Alternative Transportation Coordinato r • Petitioner works with DOCS Staff to complete review process in Project Dox.
