REUSE EXISTING HARDWARE ON EXISTING DOORS WHERE POSSIBLE. FOR NEW DOOR HARDWARE, PROVIDE BUILDING STANDARD. PROVIDE A.D.A. ACCESSIBLE LEVER HANDLES ON NEW LOCK AND LATCHSETS. 4. PROVIDE NEW BUILDING STANDARD FRAMES AS REQUIRED. REUSE EXISTING FROM DEMOLITION WHERE POSSIBLE. 5. FRAME ALL DOOR ROUGH OPENINGS 4" FROM ADJACENT WALL CORNERS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON PLAN. 6. REFER TO TENANT AND LANDLORD FOR KEYING REQUIREMENTS AND LOCKSETS. 7. TENANT'S SECURITY VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SPECIFICATION, PURCHASE, AND INSTALLATION OF ALL ACCESS CONTROLLED ELECTRONIC AND/OR MAGNETIC HARDWARE AND ASSOCIATED DEVICES.
