Updated landscape plan for Townhome area is provided which complies with the ordinance planting requirements. As Rex Ramage with Pulte Homes explained, "If COVID has taught us anything, it's that the need and desire to spread out is necessary. We envision this area to be for the kids who want (or need) to go outside but whose parents don't want them heading down to the playground area alone (crossing streets, not within their view from a window). There's never enough nearby space to throw/kick a ball around, picnic with your kids, read a book under the summer sun, etc. Passive recreation opportunities are the new mental health/wellness tools we all need access to, and we would like to facilitate those opportunities within these spaces". 10. River rock is the material between the driveways. 11. Signage locations noted on the plan. 12. A total of 39 short term bike parking spaces will be added (0.1 per bedroom or 39 for 130 3-bed townhomes) in groupings along Bleker Drive and Dalwood Drive. 13.
