WALL FINISHES IN ITS ENTIRETY ON THIS WALL.

GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTES:
A. ALL EXISTING CONSTRUCTION TO REMAIN UNLESS OTHERWISE
NOTED.
B. NOTIFY ARCHITECT OF ANY DIMENSIONAL OR PHYSICAL
DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN EXISTING CONDITIONS AND
REPRESENTATIONS IN THE DRAWINGS FOR CLARIFICATION PRIOR
TO PROCEEDING WITH WORK IN THE AFFECTED AREA.
C. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WORK TIMES AND POWER/
SERVICE/NOISE DISRUPTIONS WITH OWNER PRIOR TO
COMMENCING WITH WORK.
D CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TEMPORARY PROTECTION OF
EXISTING FINISHES AND EQUIPMENT AS NEEDED DURING
DEMOLITION/CONSTRUCTION. ANY DAMAGE TO EXISTING
CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE RESTORED BY CONTRACTOR TO NEW
CONDITION PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION.

EXISTING STAIR SUBSTRATE FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW
RUBBER STAIR TREAD/RISER - SEE FINISH PLAN.
D4. EXISTING COOLER/FREEZER WALLS TO REMAIN.
D5. DEMO EXISTING HOODS, DUCTWORK, FANS, ETC IN THEIR
ENTIRETY.
D6. REMOVE SALVAGE EXISTING ELIASON DOUBLE SWING DOOR FOR
REUSE AND REINSTALLATION.
D7. DEMOLISH EXISTING WINDOW AND FRAME IN ITS ENTIRETY.
D8. EXISTING ELIASON DOUBLE SWING DOOR TO REMAIN IN PLACE.
PROVIDE PROTECTION AS REQUIRED AS THIS DOOR IS TO
REMAIN.
D9. EXISTING WINDOW AND FRAME TO BE REMOVED FROM COOLER
WALLS. THIS AREA TO BE INFILLED WITH NEW COOLER WALL
SECTION - SEE NOTES ON REFERENCE PLANS AND WALL TYPES.
D10. DEMOLISH SECTION OF EXISTING COOLER WALL IN THIS AREA
FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW DOORS. SEE REFERENCE PLANS.
D11. EXISTING WOOD SHELVING MOUNTED ON COOLER WALL TO
REMAIN IN THIS AREA.
D12. EXISTING WOOD SHELVING MOUNTED ON COOLER WALL TO
BE DEMOLISHED IN THIS AREA TO ACCOMODATE NEW DOOR
OPENING.
D13. EXISTING WOOD FRAMING AT EXISTING STEEL COLUMN TO
REMAIN.
D14. DEMOLISH EXISTING WOOD FURRING STRIPS ON EXISTING
COOLER WALL.
D15. DEMO EXISTING CURB/DRAIN. LEVEL WITH ADJACENT FLOOR
AND PATCH IN NEW CONCRETE/TILE AS REQUIRED TO MAKE
FINISH FLUSH WITH ADJACENT FLOOR.
D16. DEMOLISH EXISTING TILE AND CONCRETE SLAB IN THIS AREA
FOR NEW UNDERSLAB PLUMBING INFRASTRUCTURE. POUR
NEW SLAB BACK AND NEW QUARRY TILE TO MATCH EXISTING
AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE IN THIS AREA. VERIFY WITH OWNER/
ARCHITECT.
D17. PATCH AND REPAIR EXISTING CONCRETE AT EXISTING DRAIN.
D18. EXISTING WALL FRAMING AND ELECTRICAL PANELS IN THIS
AREA TO REMAIN. REMOVE EXISTING GYPSUM BOARD/PLYWOOD
WHERE POSSIBLE AND REPLACE WITH NEW MATERIAL. PAINT
PER FINISH SCHEDULE.

FRAME FOR NEW PAINT. COORDINATE WITH OWNER ON
