All fittings, piping, fixtures, materials, etc. to meet the current Safe Drinking Water Act with all of its amendments and the Reduction of Lead in Drinking water Act. B. All work shall comply with all national, state, local codes and ordinances pertaining to the work in this project. C. All plumbing fixtures shall be supplied with individual water supply stops and code approved traps. Exposed piping shall be chrome plated. D. All plumbing fixtures shall be installed with approved backflow prevention devices. E. No piping shall pass directly over electrical power distribution cabinets, panelboards, etc. Contractor to coordinate panel locations prior to piping installation. F. Concealed gas piping shall be constructed in accordance with code without unions, tubing fittings or running threads. I. Gas lines run on roof to be supported by Roof Top Blox or similar and equal. DO NOT USE LUMBER FOR GAS PIPING SUPPORT. J. Dry-pipe fire protection system shall be used in all areas subject to freezing. K. All waste, water, vent, gas and condensate lines shown to be connected to their associated fixture/equipment, unless noted otherwise. All equipment and systems shown must be complete and usable upon completion of project. Extend case drain to nearest hub drain. Connect new fixture to nearest existing water, waste and vent pipes serving removed fixture. Adjust/extend existing utilities as required to suit new fixture type/location. Repair floor/wall in kind, ready for finish. 3 4"CW & 3 4"HW down along wall to serve two (2) sinks. Hold pipes as tight to wall as practical. 3 4"CW & 1 2"HW down along wall. Hold pipes as tight to wall as practical. Extend 1 2"CW & 1 2"HW to serve sink. Extend 3 4"CW to below slab Adjust existing waste stub from below slab to serve new floor sink. Repair slab in kind, ready for finish. Connect new fixture to existing water pipes, serving removed fixture. Adjust/extend existing utilities as required to suit new fixture type/location. Connect new waste piping to nearest active waste pipe of equal or larger size. Field verify exact size, location, elevation, material and condition of existing waste pipe; prior to start of work. Connect new water pipe(s) to nearest active water pipe(s) of equal or larger size. Field verify exact size, location, elevation, material and condition of existing water pipe(s); prior to start of work. Neatly saw-cut existing slab along entire path of new utility, verify path prior to start of work. Repair slab in kind, ready for finish. Provide 3 4"G down from above. Provide automatic gas shut-off valve, connected to hood's fire suppression system. Provide 3 4"G down to serve kitchen equipment. Provide 1"G down from above. Provide automatic gas shut-off valve, connected to hood's fire suppression system. Provide 1"G down to serve kitchen equipment. Provide 3 4"G line to serve Kitchen Equipment. Provide 48" extra, flexible gas line in a loop behind equipment. Tether loop to it's respective piece of equipment. See Kitchen Equipment Supplier's plans for more information. This waste piping must be Cast Iron. Repipe existing floor drain to discharge into Sanitary Grease Waste pipe. Provide 1"G line to serve Kitchen Equipment. Provide 48" extra, flexible gas line in a loop behind equipment. Tether loop to it's respective piece of equipment. See Kitchen Equipment Supplier's plans for more information. 3 4"Condensate down in wall. Stub-out wall below sink and connect to sink's tailpiece, upstream of p-trap, using a pre-manufactured fitting. Provide 1 2"CW & 3 4"HW down in wall. Provide 1 2"CW & 1 2"HW branches to serve hand sink. Provide 1 2"HW branch down to below slab.
