Lizzie,
As I spoke about on the phone this will be submitted to Carmel for permit. The foundation plan is calling for 16" holes with
the exception of the porch roof supports. My question is as follows. The code table will show us to be within a grey area
between the need for 16" or 20" holes. Our Tributary area is 48 SQ FT on average. the table call for 16" up to 40 SQ FT
and 20" up to 60 SQ FT.. We need to talk to Carmel and see what they will want here. My guess is that if we change the
hols to 24" we will not see them push back. The porch supports are at 20" now.
As to the balance of the plan it is good to go.
