TO: City of Carmel
RE: Temporary Permit
This is a request to have a tent 80x60 installed on Friday, July 17 and removed Monday, July 26. We will
be using the tent for the following activities:
1. For some activities at our Vacation Bible School, July 19- July 23.
2. For an Outdoor Worship on Sunday, July 25. (Service will be 10 AM).
We understand the Fire Department Inspector will need to approve the tent once it is installed.
We have held this event the last five or so years. (Unfortunately, we did not hold in 2020 due to COVID).
Please send your approval.
