THE EXISTING BUILDING WAS BUILT IN THE 1980'S AS A BANK.
THE BASEMENT IS BUILT WITH CONCRETE FOUNDATION WALLS
AND CMU INTERIOR WALLS; THE FIRST FLOOR HAS A CONCRETE
SLAB OVER STEEL JOISTS, AND IS FRAMED WITH WOOD WALLS;
THE ROOF IS FRAMED WITH WOOD TRUSSES.
THE BASEMENT IS SERVED BY A SPRINKLER SYSTEM WHICH
WILL BE RECONFIGURED MINIMALLY TO ADJUST TO NEW
CEILINGS, AND WILL REMAIN ONLY IN THE BASEMENT.
THIS PROJECT RECONFIGURES THE INTERIOR SPACES AND
EXTERIOR CANOPIES.
