1. CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM ROUTINE SERVICE INSPECTION
OF EXISTING ROOFTOP UNIT TO BE REUSED FOR THIS PROJECT.
LUBRICATE BEARINGS, SERVICE CONTROL SYSTEMS, REPLACE
FAN BELTS AS REQUIRED, CLEAN AND COMB EVAPORATOR AND
CONDENSER COILS, CLEAN CONDENSATE DRAIN AND PAN, AND
INSTALL NEW FILTERS AFTER COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION.
ADD REFRIGERANT AS REQUIRED TO MEET MANUFACTURER'S
RECOMMENDED OPERATING CHARGE. EQUIPMENT SHALL BE
PLACED IN FULL OPERATION WITH CONTROLS CALIBRATED UPON
COMPLETION OF PROJECT. SUBMIT A WRITTEN REPORT TO
OWNER OF ANY MAJOR COMPONENT FAILURES OR ANTICIPATED
COMPONENT FAILURES. REPORT SHALL INCLUDE COST INCLUDING
LABOR TO SERVICE ALL ITEMS NOT OTHERWISE LISTED ABOVE.
MAINTAIN EXISTING DUCT SMOKE DETECTOR(S).
2. EXISTING ROOFTOP UNIT TO BE REUSED. MAINTAIN EXISTING
DUCT SMOKE DETECTOR(S) AND CONTROLS. CALIBRATE SENSORS
UPON COMPLETION OF PROJECT.
3. EXISTING AIR TRANSFER DUCT SHOWN IN NEW LOCATION.
CLEAN AND PAINT GRILLES PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. INSTALL 12"
ABOVE PAINT BREAK LINE.
4. CLEAN EXISTING EXPOSED DUCTWORK ON SALES FLOOR.
5. CLEAN EXISTING SUPPLY REGISTERS ON SALES FLOOR AND
MAINTAIN EXISTING CFM.
6. CLEAN EXISTING SUPPLY DIFFUSERS ON SALES FLOOR AND
MAINTAIN EXISTING CFM.
7. CLEAN EXISTING SUPPLY DIFFUSER AND BALANCE DIFFUSER TO
CFM INDICATED.
8. CLEAN EXISTING RETURN GRILLES ON SALES FLOOR.
9. CLEAN EXISTING GRILLES AND DIFFUSERS IN RESTROOM.
10. EXISTING GRILLES AND DIFFUSERS SHOWN IN NEW LOCATION
IN RESTROOMS AND BALANCE TO CFM INDICATED. CLEAN AND
PAINT GRILLES AND DIFFUSERS PRIOR TO INSTALLING. MODIFY
AND EXTEND EXISTING DUCTWORK AS REQUIRED FOR NEW GRILLE
AND DIFFUSER LOCATIONS, INCLUDING INSULATION.
11. CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM ROUTINE SERVICE
INSPECTION OF EXISTING EXHAUST FAN TO BE REUSED FOR THIS
PROJECT. LUBRICATE BEARINGS, SERVICE CONTROL SYSTEMS
